That was Josefina Bundoc

On our family website I would like to write something about my mother:

She is the eldest daughter of Nazaria and Mariano, born on January 1, 1927. She has one older brother by the name of Saro, and two more younger sisters and brother Garita, Istina and Andres. She is a member of a women's club in San Jose, Paombong, Bulacan, Philippines. Paulina, being the youngest daughter, would always come with her to go to barrio fiestas to participate in street dancing. She would always take her youngest daughter with her with almost all the places she went. Josefina is also an excellent cook, equipped with a small knife, she would be invited to various occassions to cook, und little Paulina is left to play with children she met for the first time. In occassions that Paulina is home, a woman by the name of Atang would always come with Kalamay Latik, a rice cake that Josefina would always buy for her youngest daughter. On Christmas eve, she would always cook her mouth watering Chicken and Pork Nilaga, make hot chocolate drink from whole cacao. Best for her children and grandchildren who came from the cold after attending the Misa de Gallo. Her version of Humba, Hamonado, and fried chicken was the best. Josefina joined our Creator on the 19th of September, 1989.
